Christina Haack was birthed in Anaheim California on the 9th day of July, 1984. Following her graduation, her first job was in the realty industry. She was introduced to Tarek El Moussa while working in the real estate industry. The couple had a great time up until 2008's crisis in the stock market, during which many real estate investors and house flippers failed. As a result of the market crash, Tarek and Christina El Moussa almost lost all their assets. They had to move from a costly home, where they paid $6,000 per month to a smaller house that was only $700. Their business, and the economy as a whole, gradually returned. HGTV and Rise to Fame In 2011 Tarek requested a colleague to assist him in creating a HGTV audition tape which showed the two of them Christina flipping a house from start to finish. Pie Town Productions executive received the tape. The executives were obsessed with Tarek & Christina. They signed a contract in 2012 together with HGTV. Flip of Flop was launched in April of 2013. From 2013 until 2017, the show ran for 92 episodes over 7 seasons. Christina and Tarek, who appeared as the main characters, bought houses, usually moderate-income houses situated in Orange County.
